Who we are

Collision Kings LLC ("Collision Kings," "we," "us," or "our") is a South Carolina limited liability company operating a collision repair business in Summerville, SC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit collisionkingsllc.com or contact us through our forms.

What we collect

When you submit one of our estimate or contact forms, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number, and email address
  • Vehicle details (year, make, model) and damage description
  • Photos you upload of the damage (where applicable)
  • Insurance details you choose to share (claim status, deductible)
  • Marketing attribution data: UTM parameters, Google/Facebook click IDs, the page you submitted from, and the page that referred you

When you browse the site, we use a privacy-respecting analytics service (Umami, self-hosted) to record aggregate page views, referrers, and outbound link clicks. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site, and Umami does not use cookies or collect personally identifying information.

How we use it

  • To respond to your estimate or contact request
  • To prepare a quote and schedule your repair
  • To follow up about repair status and pickup
  • To improve which marketing channels we invest in

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers we use to operate the business, and only the minimum data they need:

  • Make.com — routes form submissions from this website into our internal CRM.
  • Brevo — sends transactional emails (estimate follow-ups, repair status).
  • Twilio — sends SMS messages when you request text follow-up.
  • Umami — privacy-respecting page analytics, self-hosted on our infrastructure.
  • Insurance carriers — only with your explicit instruction during the claim process.

How long we keep it

We retain submission records for as long as you remain an active or recent customer, plus the period we are required to keep records under South Carolina business and tax law. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

South Carolina residents and visitors from other jurisdictions may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. Email us at __CONTACT_EMAIL__ and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when we make material changes. Significant changes will be highlighted on our home page for at least 30 days.
