Terms of Service

Last updated: April 29, 2026

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of collisionkingsllc.com ("Site") and the collision repair services provided by Collision Kings LLC ("Collision Kings," "we," "us"). By using the Site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Estimates

Online and over-the-phone estimates are good-faith pricing based on the information you provide. The final invoice depends on the condition discovered during disassembly and may differ from the original estimate. We will explain any change before any additional work is performed and will obtain your authorization in writing or by documented verbal consent.

3. Repairs and parts

We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever available. If an OEM part is back-ordered or unavailable, we will discuss alternatives with you before installation. We do not install aftermarket safety-critical components without your written consent.

4. Workmanship warranty

We warrant the workmanship on repairs we perform for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts carry their respective manufacturer warranties. The warranty does not cover damage caused by subsequent accidents, misuse, neglect, or repairs performed elsewhere.

5. Storage

Vehicles left more than three (3) calendar days after completion may accrue daily storage fees, which we will disclose at drop-off and on the work authorization. We will attempt to contact you by phone and email before assessing storage charges.

6. Insurance

We are not in any insurance "preferred shop" network. You retain the right to choose your own repair facility, and we will work with any insurer of your choosing on your behalf. We do not, however, guarantee that any particular insurer will agree to pay for any particular repair procedure or part. You remain responsible for any amount your insurer does not cover.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon vehicle pickup unless other arrangements have been made in writing in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks may incur a service fee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Site content

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and code, is owned by Collision Kings LLC. You may share links freely but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the content without permission.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the home page for at least 30 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dorchester County, South Carolina.
